Quote request form submissions are delivered via Resend, a transactional email service. Your form data (name, email, phone, aircraft details, and damage description) is transmitted to Resend for email delivery. Resend does not use your data for advertising. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
We use Cloudflare for DNS and email routing. Cloudflare may process network traffic metadata as part of its infrastructure services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
We load the Barlow and Barlow Condensed typefaces from Google Fonts. This causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
This site does not set tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The only browser storage we use is:
Stores your consent choice ("accepted" or "declined") so we don't show the consent banner on every visit. This value is never sent to a server.
If you decline cookies or clear your browser storage, the consent banner will reappear on your next visit. No functional features of the site are affected by declining.
5. Data Retention
Quote request information is retained for the duration needed to fulfill the service engagement and for reasonable record-keeping thereafter. We do not maintain marketing lists. If you would like us to delete your information, contact us at quotes@clearaircraft.com and we will honor the request.
6. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Period.
7. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We rely on Vercel and Resend's security infrastructure for data in transit and at rest. While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is directed at businesses and professional aviation operators. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Jurisdiction and Service Area
ClearAircraft is based in San Diego, California, and serves customers in the United States and Latin America. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. If you are located outside of the US, be aware that information you submit may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
